ProServe Camp offers serve-focused tennis camps, clinics, training sessions, and related coaching services in Orlando, FL. Bookings, registrations, and payments are handled through our website or authorized third-party processors. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase on behalf of a minor participant. When registering a minor, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian, or have obtained all necessary consents. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information you provide and for any activity that occurs under your account.

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment is processed at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
• We use Stripe to process payments. Your payment information is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with their terms and privacy policy.
• On your credit card statement, charges will appear under the name "Serves Up Tennis".
• Refund and cancellation policies are disclosed at checkout and may vary by camp or program. Please review the specific terms before completing your purchase.

Participants are expected to follow all camp rules, coaching instructions, and safety guidelines. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or otherwise harmful to others, without refund. Appropriate athletic attire, footwear, and equipment are required for participation.

Tennis and athletic training involve inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, property damage, or illness. By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the activity. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Serves Up Tennis, its owners, coaches, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or relating to your participation.

All content on this website — including text, images, videos, logos, and branding — is owned by or licensed to Serves Up Tennis and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

If you submit reviews, testimonials, photos, videos, or other content to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and reproduce that content for marketing and operational purposes. You represent that you have the right to share the content and that it does not violate the rights of any third party.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to our business, participants, or third parties.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Serves Up Tennis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of our services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
